Robbie’s philosophy on health is simple…Balance. He feels that without balance in our life there is a lack of control and with lack of control, sometimes results in negative outcomes. This balance needs to be between work, family, friends, fun, sleep, health and exercise. He feels that being able to balance these factors is a major contributor to our level of happiness and contentedness. It is also important to note that one’s definition of balance may be completely different to another. Therefore, optimal health, to Robbie, is very much individualised and this reflects the way he interacts with and treats his clients – as unique individuals.

She began her interest in yoga at a young age, having accompanied her mother to classes as a child, and has continued to develop her craft as a dedicated yoga practitioner for over 10 years.
Having gained studio experience she chose to branch out establishing her own successful outdoor yoga business Loveyogainthepark.com in her local community of Roseville for the past two years.
Alongside working as a Personal Trainer for F45 Training Seaforth she has dealt with a number of injuries/ maintenance of physical capabilities that are strenuous on the joints. Mary’s unique catalogue of specialities includes Injury Management and Prevention, Muscular Rehabilitation, Postural Analysis and Alignment, Restorative Yoga and Personal Training.
Her classes involve music and an element of meditation and visualisation. Including cues on breathing techniques, weight management, dietary nutrition, sports specific technique and relaxation advise.
Power/ Vinyassa yoga – works on flow sequencing and a mixture of body weighted strength building, slightly faster paced with poses held only 3 -5 breaths, lots of standing balancing and Warrior type sequencing to really tone the body, an energising and invigorating way to start the morning.
Hatha/Yin Yoga – A slightly slower, graceful type yoga, great for beginners! Poses are deep and restful and held for 15- 20 breaths, typically more seated and supine (lying down postures) to allow for easier and gradual lengthening muscle fibres and calming tendon and facial release. Perfect for a relaxing evening before bed!
Hi, I’m Rachel. I am passionate about sharing my love of yoga with all those who are seeking it. Shortly after finishing a Bachelor degree in Psychology, I found yoga. Over several years I developed a regular yoga practice that profoundly impacted all aspects of my life. This evolved into a passion for the natural world which led to me completing a Master of Environmental Science.
In addition, I have been teaching yoga since 2014 after completing a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Byron Yoga Centre. I have also completed Sarah Powers’ Level 1 Insight Yin Yoga Teacher Training as well at Rainbow Kids Yoga Teacher Training in order to enhance my yoga skill set.
I would love to share my hatha/ vinyasa yoga class with you, bright and early at 7am on Saturday morning. What a lovely way to start the weekend!
I’m Olivia. A few of my greatest passions are exploring the world and yoga and together they are a winning combination. Whilst traveling in Costa Rica I learnt a saying – Pura Vida – meaning eternal optimism and this is what yoga gives me and what I love to share.
I grew up dancing all the time at every possible opportunity. The love of movement is how I first found yoga and why I particularly love Vinyasa.
I completed my 200-hour training in 2016 at The House of Yoga, London, a baptiste-affiliated studio. Expect a powerful yet playful class!
