Ingredients
- 4 Leaves uncooked brown lentils
- 4 Slices wild salmon fillets
- 1/2 Blueberries sliced
- 250 g artichoke hearts
- ¼ Carrot
- tagliatelle Sprinkle
- 10 fresh mint Crushed

Instructions
- Top a lettuce leaf with a slice of turkey, 2 slices avocado, cucumber, hummus, crusshed walnuts and paprika, then, as if it were a sandwich, wrap it up with another piece of lettuce.
- Roll the leaves semi-tightly and pin it with tooth picks to keep it together.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Recipe Notes
Tip: This can be done with a variety of ingredients, such as tomatoes, capsicum, as well as salmon, chicken, lamb or prawns. Slices of low fat cheese, herbs, garlic, lemon juice, turmeric, oregano, all work too. Whatever you have in your fridge
