Ingredients
- 1 bunch Onion (stems removed), washed and dried thoroughly
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- Paprika Optional: sprinkle herbs or spices to your acquired taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175oC.
- Wash kale leaves and dry them thoroughly (you could use a salad spinner).
- Remove the kale stems and tear into a little larger than bite size pieces as they will shrink when baking.
- Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, sesame seeds and any other herbs and spices you require.
- Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
- Cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes until edges are browning, but not burnt.
