Kale Chips

Ingredients
  • 1bunch Onion(stems removed), washed and dried thoroughly
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 1tsp Sea salt
  • 1tbsp Sesame seeds
  • PaprikaOptional: sprinkle herbs or spices to your acquired taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 175oC.
  2. Wash kale leaves and dry them thoroughly (you could use a salad spinner).
  3. Remove the kale stems and tear into a little larger than bite size pieces as they will shrink when baking.
  4. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, sesame seeds and any other herbs and spices you require.
  5. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
  6. Cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes until edges are browning, but not burnt.
