Nathalia has been a pilates instructor for the past 10 years. A newbie to Sydney, she started her career in Brazil and has been instructing Pilates in Australia over the past 2 years.
Her years of experience has enabled her to expand her repertoire across all pilates techniques including Stott, reformer, mat as well as more specific areas such as pregnancy pilates, eldery pilates and pilates for kids.
Having graduated with a Bachelor’s in Physiotheraphy, Nathalia is able to identify and design the most appropriate plans to meet the individual aims of each and every client.
Whether it be injury rehabilitation, body strengthening, improving your balance and coordination or overall fitness, Nathalia is able to tailor and personalise a program to each client’s individual needs based on their progress regardless of age or fitness levels. As such, each class with Nathalia is never just going through the same old routine. Nothing makes her happier than seeing the improvement in each individual.
Her cheerful and positive personality is infectious and she makes it a point to inject it in all her classes.
