Hi, I’m Rachel. I am passionate about sharing my love of yoga with all those who are seeking it. Shortly after finishing a Bachelor degree in Psychology, I found yoga. Over several years I developed a regular yoga practice that profoundly impacted all aspects of my life. This evolved into a passion for the natural world which led to me completing a Master of Environmental Science.
In addition, I have been teaching yoga since 2014 after completing a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Byron Yoga Centre. I have also completed Sarah Powers’ Level 1 Insight Yin Yoga Teacher Training as well at Rainbow Kids Yoga Teacher Training in order to enhance my yoga skill set.
I would love to share my hatha/ vinyasa yoga class with you, bright and early at 7am on Saturday morning. What a lovely way to start the weekend!
